2016 Provost’s Award for Distinguished Teaching by a Lecturer
The Provost’s Award for Distinguished Teaching by a Lecturer annually recognizes a maximum of three lecturers, senior lecturers, or other auxiliary faculty members for their teaching excellence. Students, faculty, staff and alumni may put forward nominees, and a committee of students, other award winning faculty, and alumni will choose the recipients. Recipients are recognized with a $4,200 honorarium made possible by the Office of Academic Affairs.
All full-time lecturers, senior lecturers, and other associated faculty members on all campuses who, in the past three years, have taught undergraduate and/or graduate/professional students are eligible for this award.
