New faculty information system Vita has launched
The Office of Distance Education and eLearning (ODEE) launched Vita on April 3, opening up the new faculty information system to all instructional staff at The Ohio State University. Faculty and staff vetted and chose this new scholarly activity management platform, powered by Elements (link is external) and enhanced with custom Ohio State functionality.
I write to share the news that Jennifer S. Evans-Cowley, vice provost for capital planning and regional campuses, has advised me she has accepted the position of provost and vice president of academic affairs at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, effective July 1, 2017. We will work to ensure a smooth transition and look forward to sharing more as the process unfolds.
