Thursday, July 15, 2004 MINUTES
Attending: Susan Erskine, Glen Funk, Alicia Stokes (for Eric Kunz), Jill Morelli, Alayne Parson (Chair), Molly Ranz-Calhoun, Al Rodack, Terri Stankiewicz (for Jim Stevens), Lee Walker, John Whitcomb
Absent: Eric Kunz, John Meyer, Jim Stevens
Guests : Alex Cofield, Steve Middleton, Joyce Minor
Basic Renovation Request estimates were discussed. Steve Middleton and Joyce Minor were asked to review estimates with the users. In September, the Committee will discuss revisions.
2004 and 2005 budget sheets were handed out by Glen Funk. The money for Smith Lab is to be removed from the 2004 budget and added to the 2005 budget.
The MOU/POR report was e-mailed with the agenda and there were no comments on the report.
