The SIS Change Management Plan defines how the project team will:

Work in concert with Business Sponsors to ensure that stakeholders and interested parties are aware of and prepared for the process and technology changes associated with the implementation of PeopleSoft SIS software.
- Work with Business Sponsors to plan and prepare user readiness, training, and communication materials to support the implementation and utilization of the system and processes.
