May 2007:

• Key Activities Completed:
  • JEDI Testing is complete.
  • The Project To Date presentation was delivered to Executive Steering Committee, Business Advisors and the project team.
  • The End-to-End Process Overview approach document was approved.
  • 52 of 72 Business Process Reengineering (BPR) sessions have been held.
• 6 of 8 Legacy system Data Mapping tasks have been completed and approved.
• 442 of 468 PS Table Setups have been developed.
• 210 of the planned 311 Design Documents have been written; 116 have been approved.
• Training Developers from the Change Management Team (CM) have completed tool training in Dreamweaver, RoboHelp and Captivate.
• The Software Support Strategy has been finalized and approved.
  
• Key Decisions Made:
  • The Pre-Design and Design phases are scheduled to end June 15, 2007
• Key Upcoming Activities (Next 60 Days):
  • End to End Process presentation will be delivered to the Executive Steering Committee (ESC), Business Sponsors and Advisory Groups on June 13.
  • The Development phase will begin on
    June 18.
  • Part 2 of the Project to Date Update will be delivered to the ESC and Business Sponsors on June 29.
