Di Stasi is a principal investigator with the Sports Medicine Research Institute at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She uses biomechanical and functional assessments to study mechanisms of disability in individuals with orthopaedic injuries. The overarching goal of this work is to develop effective rehabilitation strategies to optimize function and physical activity participation across the lifespan. She has published over 50 peer-reviewed manuscripts and her work has been funded by the National Institutes of Health, the Foundation for Physical Therapy Research and Ohio State's Center for Clinical and Translational Science. Di Stasi is co-chair of the Research Committee of the American Academy of Sports Physical Therapy
