The Ohio State University Diverse Faculty and Scholars Recruitment Collaborative

The Ohio State University has an unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion. It has established a strong reputation and track record for being a national leader in promoting diversity and inclusion in higher education.

Recently, several campus partners and academic leaders came together to establish a plan for diversifying the University’s faculty ranks by partnering with the Southern Region Education Board (SREB). This partnership includes, but is not limited to, connecting University campus leaders to the multidisciplinary and diverse SREB community of scholars, who attend the annual Institute on Teaching and Mentoring, the largest gathering of minority Ph.D. scholars in the country.
