Enterprise Project update

Provost McPheron and the Enterprise Project Executive Sponsors recently added new transformation initiatives to the project's scope. These initiatives, in addition to our Workday implementation, will maximize the university's ability to advance operational excellence. The project's Change Network, comprised of college/unit change management coordinators appointed by deans and vice presidents, is fully formed. Thank you to the leaders who selected their Change Coordinators. Deans with Enterprise Project questions may contact the project's Business Advocates or Project Directors Mike Anderson and Natalie Sisto Means.

BuckeyePass extends to eTimesheet and eLeave

BuckeyePass multifactor authentication will begin protecting eLeave and eTimesheet on September 30. By implementing BuckeyePass on these systems, employees will need to login using BuckeyePass to enter leave time and submit timesheets. Some employees may need to carry their authentication device in order to clock in/out.

We recommend registering at least TWO devices/methods to log in, because devices may be lost, stolen or broken. Mobile devices are the easiest and most secure way to use BuckeyePass, but you can use a landline phone or key fob.
