To begin the process of recruiting for a new position, please contact your unit HR representative.

Once a final candidate has been selected for hire and signed the letter of offer, a Hire HR Action request will be submitted to continue the hiring process.

The Hire HR Action should be used for all: New Hires, Rehires, adding Concurrent Positions, Promotions (excluding reclassifications), and Transfers within the University.
