The Office of Human Resources and OAA unit HR contacts have many excellent resources available to assist hiring managers with recruitment, selection and the hiring process. To begin the process of recruiting for a new position, please contact your unit HR representative.

Once a final candidate has been selected for hire and signed the letter of offer, a Hire HR Action request will be submitted to continue the hiring process.

The Hire HR Action should be used for all: New Hires, Rehires, adding Concurrent Positions, Promotions (excluding reclassifications), and Transfers within the University.
