Hun Lee
Assistant ProfessorLee’s research examines leadership effectiveness and diversity management. His current work investigates how diversity in senior leadership can result in positive outcomes for organizations, what are the downstream consequences of empowerment, and how leaders can navigate challenges and drive positive changes at work. His research has been published in leading academic journals, such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management and Human Resource Management. Lee earned a PhD in organizational behavior and human resources from Michigan State University. He joined the Fisher College of Business faculty in 2020.
