Description

Artificial intelligence is reshaping how students learn, communicate and prepare for their careers. As higher education adapts to this shift, instructors face the challenge of designing meaningful assignments that support their learning outcomes and students’ acquisition of AI fluency. This 90-minute workshop introduces instructors to assignment design practices that address this challenge. Through collaborative discussion and guided reflection, participants will identify strategies to promote students’ AI fluency, learn about Ohio State-approved AI tools, consider how to connect fluency outcomes with their own assignments, and leave with concrete ideas they can integrate into their courses.
