ePA-005

The ePA-005 is the university’s sponsored projects proposal pre-approval application used by investigators who are submitting proposals to external sponsors. A fully-signed ePA-005 must be available to the Office of Sponsored Programs prior to proposal sign-off and submission. The ePA-005 application allows online creation and signature of the PA-005 form.  For users who have a need to enter an ePA-005 request, please e-mail Ginette Busque(.1).

DocuSign

For users who need access to the university’s cloud-based electronic signature system to initiate or create documents, please complete training in BuckeyeLearn. After training has been completed, the supervisor should request access via the OTDI Service Now system.

Once completed, please have a supervisor send a request to OAA Business Services with the business-related justification and user information.
