OnCourse hosts a variety of outreach campaigns for staff promote student success, including:
- Appointment Campaigns: encouraging students to meet with staff for a specific reason
- Messaging Campaigns: providing consistent messaging and/or nudges to groups of students for a specific outcome
- Events: inviting and tracking students attending an event
OnCourse also provides two types of staff to faculty outreach:
- Progress Reports: inviting faculty to provide an update on student performance in their classes*
- Travel Letters: allowing staff to let faculty know about student populations in their classes; most often used by SASSO to let instructors know about student absences from class
Centrally, the OnCourse team also sends Enrollment Campaigns as part of a university-wide retention process.
