The Vice Provost will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to set a strategic vision for academic partnership with Ohio State’s local communities. The Vice Provost will provide overall leadership for strategy development and implementation and acts as the primary university leader to raise the profile of academic community engagement with a particular focus on collaboration and partnership with Central Ohio communities and entities. The position will establish infrastructure, programs, and initiatives that foster sustainable academic partnerships between the campus and community thereby increasing access to the resources and knowledge that lie within the university and within the community. This position is 50% FTE.

The Office of Academic Affairs is launching a national search for the next dean of the College of Pharmacy.

The advisory committee that will assist the search for the next dean will be chaired by Carroll Ann Trotman, dean of the College of Dentistry. The committee also consists of the following members:

The search committee will be assisted by Senior Vice Provost Kay Wolf, Kim Lambert from the Office of Human Resources, and the executive search firm Korn Ferry. 

We are now launching a national search for the next dean of the College of Nursing. A search advisory committee has been assembled and will be chaired by Carol Bradford, dean of the College of Medicine and vice president for health sciences at the Wexner Medical Center.
