Assistance on 'Convergence' research proposals

Ohio State researchers can join a workshop on $12 million in National Science Foundation funding for research on complex problems focused on societal needs. The Nov. 4 workshop, organized by the Sustainability Institute, will provide the importance of “convergence” (transdisciplinary, stakeholder-driven) research to effectively tackle aspects of complex societal challenges.

Ohio State researchers can join a workshop on $12 million in National Science Foundation funding for research on complex problems focused on societal needs. The Nov. 4 workshop, taking place from 2 - 4PM in 18th Avenue Library, is organized by the Sustainability Institute. It will provide the importance of “convergence” (transdisciplinary, stakeholder-driven) research to effectively tackle aspects of complex societal challenges.
