Andersen, Ringel honored as Distinguished University Professors
On Friday, Aug. 31, the Board of Trustees voted to award the title of Distinguished University Professor to Barbara Andersen, Distinguished Professor of Psychology, and Steven Ringel, Neal A. Smith Chair in Electrical Engineering.

Latz to lead Office of International Affairs
Gil Latz, PhD, will serve as vice provost for global strategies and international affairs within the Office of Academic Affairs. Subject to approval by the Board of Trustees, his appointment is effective on January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2023.
